How much is the deposit?

New customers pay a 50% deposit to confirm a booking. Returning customers pay a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Advertised prices apply within a 50 km radius of Galway City Centre. Jobs outside this area may be quoted separately and may incur additional charges.

What can result in additional charges?

Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, waiting time, stairs, oversized items, unusually heavy items, additional labour, or any work outside the agreed service.

Cash is preferred, but card payments are accepted.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit and/or a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred.

Who is responsible for insuring my goods?

You are responsible for ensuring your goods are adequately insured for their full value. O'Boyle Transport does not provide insurance on your behalf unless specifically agreed in writing. Please check your own insurance coverage.
